First thing’s first, if you haven’t subscribed to our YouTube channel, what are you waiting for? The posting of gameday videos doesn’t always happen in the timeliest manner here at the blog, so if you want action on a faster turnaround, get over there and hook yourself up to the Ten-acious Strat account.
In this matchup, the Twins send Phil Hughes to the Busch Stadium mound to take on Carlos Martinez and the St. Louis Cardinals. Check it out and see which Midwestern franchise comes out on top!
Moving right along in Gameday 10, we have a matchup of teams looking to find their stride. The Brewers, only a game below 0.500, play host to last place Detroit. The starters, Alfredo Simon for the Tigers and Kyle Lohse for the Brew Crew, had starts to forget last time out. Does that mean this will turn into a shootout? Watch the action and see.
We’re into the 10th Gameday of the Ten-acious Baseball League season, and the Dodgers tried to (wait for it…) get on a Rocky Mountain High heading northeast to Denver for a set with Colorado. We’ll see if Adrian Gonzalez and the boys will make it rain fire in the sky, or if Charlie Blackmon and the Rockies will offer more than a casual reply.
We’ve completed Gameday 8 here at the Ten-acious Baseball League. It’s actually been completed for a week now. I neglected to post a recap of the action from Gameday 8 here on the blog. The reason was because I created a video recap and then completely forgot to post it here. Here is the recap over at our YouTube Channel:
I would love it if you’d subscribe to our YouTube channel. There will be at least 1 gameplay video each Gameday, barring some extenuating circumstances that arise in the future. I’d also like to start coming up with some other types of video posts to help keep the channel fresh and moving with ideas.
Unfortunately, I only made hard copies of the Gameday 8 statistics. If the desire hits me right, I may scan those in and post down the line.
The TBL continues to chug on, be on the lookout for Gameday 9 updates later today or early tomorrow. We’ll be moving into the 4th (of 18) series very shortly.
In the meantime, here’s another gameplay video from Gameday 8 that I failed to post. It’s an I-94 showdown between the Brewers and Twins.
Gameday 8 begins with the second game of the marquee matchup for Series 3. The Dodgers conquered the Cubs in Game 1 of the series, and now Chicago looks to get back to level with Tinseltown’s team. Your starting pitchers are Jon Lester for the Cubs and Brett Anderson for the Dodgers. There will be a second game video made available later in the weekend, stay tuned!
For a little bonus coverage from Gameday 7, we recorded the second half of a doubleheader for our Youtube channel. This one is Colorado heading out to Motown to face the Tigers, who have started the season slowly. Will the Rockies climb above 0.500 in this one, or will Detroit be able to change their course in this early season? Check out the coverage to find out!
What a matchup we have here in this one, folks! The top two teams in the TBL squaring off in their first meeting of the season. The Cubs and Dodgers both sit at 5-1, and they are trotting out two of their better pitchers, Dan Haren and Zack Greinke. Watch as the at-bats are rolled out, and see who gets a leg up in this juicy affair!
The Ten-acious Baseball League will provide occasional video coverage of its league’s games. In this installment, Justin Verlander is on the mound for the Detroit Tigers as he squares off against John Lackey’s St. Louis Cardinals.
Please follow the Ten-acious Strat Youtube channel for future game coverage as the season progresses. Thank you for being a fan of the Ten-acious Baseball League!
